Studying in the UK continues to offer good value for money for international students - the quality of teaching is high, as is the international status of UK qualifications.
The tuition fees vary depending on the type of course (arts or science; undergraduate or postgraduate) and the duration of the course. An indication of the average international students fees are listed below. Some other costs which you may budget for could be fees for students activities which amount to a few hundred dollars per year. Most students have to buy some reference books through the year which can cost between 500GBP and 1,500GBP per year. Personal expenses like clothing, entertainment, telephone bills, travel, groceries and the like will also need to be accounted for.
